Setup |
|
Create a new email account |
|
Login to cPanel (see link above) |
|
Click on the "mail" icon |
|
Click on "Manage/Add/Remove accounts" |
|
Click on the "add account" at the
bottom of the page |
|
Add the email address you want to use
and click "create" |
|
*make sure you write down your email
address and password |
|
Add your new email account to outlook |
|
Within outlook, click on "Tools" then
"Email Accounts" |
|
Select "add a new email account" and
click the "next" button |
|
Select "POP3" and click the "next"
button |
|
Enter your name, email address you
created, and the following: |
|
POP3: mail.your+domain.com.au (use
your domain name) |
|
SMTP: mail.your+domain.com.au (use
your domain name) |
|
User name:
youremail+yourdomain.com.au (use +
instead of @) |
|
Password: enter the password you
created |
|
Click on the "more settings" button |
|
Type in the information you want under
the "General" tab |
|
Click on the "Outgoing Server" tab |
|
Check the box: "My outgoing server
requires authentication" |
|
Click on the "ok" button |
|
Click on the "next" button |
